In a case of an error in the Application, the Service Provider collects data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
To provide its core service of helping you quit crypto and gambling habits, the Application uses a local on-device VPN (Virtual Private Network) profile.
Does the app collect or transmit browsing history?
No. The VPN operates entirely locally on your device to filter and block access to specific domains (e.g., gambling or crypto sites). It does not collect, retain, or transmit your browsing history, traffic data, or visited URLs to our servers or any third parties.
What VPN data is transmitted?
The Application only transmits the status of the protection (whether the VPN is Active or Disabled) to our servers. This is done solely to support the "Accountability Partner" feature, allowing the Application to notify your chosen partners if you disable protection.
Does the app upload user contacts?
No. The Application does not access, scan, or upload your device's address book or contact list to our servers automatically. Access to contacts is only requested to allow you to easily select a phone number.
How is phone number data used?
You may voluntarily choose to add specific "Accountability Partners" by entering or selecting their phone numbers. These specific numbers are transmitted to our servers and retained solely for the purpose of sending SMS alerts to these partners regarding your app usage (e.g., if you disable the VPN). This data is not used for marketing or shared with third parties other than our SMS delivery providers.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application may collect approximate location data to help the Service Provider analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application (e.g. via Google Analytics).
The Application generally does not use "cookies" explicitly. However, the Application may use third-party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device.
Aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Application offers paid products and/or services. In that case, the Service Provider uses third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
The App offers weekly and monthly subscription packages.
The monthly subscription package includes a 3-day free trial for first-time users.

Contract duration & Subscriptions
Subscriptions allow Users to receive a Product continuously or regularly over time. Details regarding the type of subscription and termination are outlined below.

Users may subscribe to a Product using the Apple ID associated with their Apple App Store account by using the relevant process on this Application. When doing so, Users acknowledge and accept that:

Termination
Subscriptions may be terminated by sending a clear and unambiguous termination notice to the Owner using the contact details provided in this document, or — if applicable — by using the corresponding controls inside this Application.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data (such as Accountability Partner numbers) for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at info@tirin.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (info@tirin.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
